Known issues

Ayyubid House of Wisdom does not allow extra wings when starting in 2nd Age or higher We are aware of an impact on Ayyubid House of Wisdom when starting the game in Feudal Age (II), Castle Age (III) or Imperial Age Question (4). When starting from these eras, the House of Wisdom does not consider any skipped eras and allows for the construction of additional wings (just like it did with its parent civilization, the Abbasids). We are tracking this issue and do not require any additional reports regarding this issue.

Crash on the Canal map when using unequal team sizes We are aware of a crash that occurs when loading into a match on the Canal map when the team sizes are unequal (2v1, 3v2, etc.). We are tracking this issue and do not require any further reporting. Thanks.

Age of empires 4 gameplay

Age of Empires IV takes players on a strategic journey through history, starting in the year 750, from the early Middle Ages to the early Renaissance. There are eight civilizations in the game, including Britain, China, Mongolia, etc. Two more civilizations were added in the free update: the Ottoman Empire and the Malian Civilization. The game offers five single-player campaigns including “Rise of Kings” and “The Hundred Years’ War”, each of which presents a unique historical scene.

Players travel through four eras – the Dark Ages, the Feudal Age, the Age of Castles and the Age of Empires – by building landmarks rather than progressing through town centers. Units include various types of land and naval units, and each civilization has its own unique flavor. Mali stood out with an asymmetrical lineup. Architecture, from economic to military and defensive structures, contributes to strategic depth, while landmarks play a vital role in propelling civilization into a new era.
