  • An issue that caused the rod to be pulled downwards, preventing the fish from being lifted or pumped once the hook is hooked, has been resolved.

  • A series of tasks in the Golden Ridge Sanctuary have become easier, including the task of catching a “Gold-level Green Sunfish”.

  • Players will no longer be able to look behind when casting a rod and standing on a boat.

  • It is no longer possible to get the rod stuck on the screen while casting while talking to the shopkeeper.

  • We’ve fixed an issue where the game would incorrectly tell you to enter deep water on land in certain locations in Golden Ridge Reserve and Troll Spore Nature Reserve.

  • We’ve fixed an issue that caused captured fish to appear less reflective and more matte when fishing in certain locations.

  • We fixed an issue that caused incorrect Levels of Detail (LOD) to be displayed on multiple flags.

  • Various objects have been repositioned to better align with the ground at Golden Ridge Preserve.

  • We fixed some unnatural-looking flow transitions in the Golden Ridge Preserve Falls.

  • The tire marking decals left by 4WD vehicles have been adjusted to align better with the ground and look more natural at night.

multiplayer game

  • Apex Connect names now correctly update in-game after a restart if the name on the Apex Account website changes.

  • It is no longer possible to interrupt other players’ emotes by equipping a stick when standing next to them in multiplayer.

  • We have fixed an issue in multiplayer where it was possible to “kidnap” players using boats while they were actively fishing.

  • On Xbox, accepting a system game invitation while the game is closed now correctly follows the expected flow into the game.

user interface

  • Button tooltips now update correctly when navigating from the map to the pole settings menu using keyboard and mouse.

  • We fixed an issue that resulted in tutorial popups regarding decoys being displayed under various error conditions.

  • After capturing a Gold-level Sauger, the message “Thorg is most active at night” no longer remains on the screen.

  • Incorrect button prompts in the Apex Connect menu have been removed.

  • Opening the map while reversing in a 4×4 will no longer cause the engine sound to continue playing in the menu.

  • We fixed an issue with missing waterfall sounds.

  • Shopkeepers in GRR will no longer use the exit dialogue “You didn’t buy anything!” during the tutorial.
