Deep Rock Galaxy: Survivors is adapted from another game called Vampire Survivors. The people making this game got the idea for this game after chatting with the CEO of another gaming company at Gamescom 2022. They thought it would be cool to make a game where you could mine stuff and fight enemies, which is why Deep Rock Galaxy: Survivors was born.
