How to beat Shogun’s stupid battle in Disgaea 7?
Learn about Nokang’s combat mechanics:
- Yeyasu starts the battle Jumbified and remains that way throughout, with an infinite Jumbification timer.

Huge units can deal damage in a wide area, making it difficult to spread your units out to avoid Jeyasu’s powerful attacks.

Despite being a mage unit, Jeyasu’s area attack is very powerful and will likely wipe out any of your units.
- At the start of combat, your Jumbification gauge is half filled, and can be filled further by taking attacks during combat.
Populate the Jumbification meter:
- Send fodder units to be attacked by Jeyasu on the first turn, filling up your Jumbification Gauge to activate the Mechanic.
Prepare killer units:
Guaranteed one-hit kill:
- To ensure a one-hit kill against Jeyasu, make sure your killer unit has high attack power (around 250 ATK or higher is recommended).

Equip your killer units with attack-boosting items, such as power belts, to reach the necessary attack threshold.
Adaptation based on attack statistics:
- If your killer unit’s attack power isn’t high enough, note that Jeyasu’s jumping ability boosts his defense based on the number of allies he has.
- Consider sending extra units on turn two to eliminate any enemies within range, this may help your superstar attack secure victory.
