It was first released on September 6, 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Later, on December 6, 2022, they released the macOS version along with some new content for the game. Initially, you’ll have to pay in advance to play, but they’re considering making it free. But in October 2023, they changed their minds and decided it wouldn’t be free after all.

In the Disney Dream Valley expansion, you can explore a new place called the Timeless Isle. It’s a magical kingdom thrown into chaos because a guy named Jafar has used some powerful magic. Your mission is to use this cool new tool called the Hourglass to find treasure, fix what Jafar screwed up, and stop him from stealing something very important, the “Spark of Imagination.”

As you play, you’ll discover a brand new story divided into three parts. You’ll visit different areas of the Timeless Isle, such as Ancient Landing, Glittering Dunes, and The Wild Tangle. You can make these places your own by decorating them with cool items inspired by Disney and Pixar.
You’ll also meet and hang out with four new characters, such as Wall-E and Rapunzel. But be careful with Jafar – he may not be someone you can trust! You’ll be able to do fun things with your new friends, like playing games together. An hourglass is a super special tool that can help you find hidden things and even make household chores like gardening and cooking easier. guess what? You can take this tool back to the main location, Dream Light Valley, and find more cool stuff there!
The Gold Edition gives you the main game and expansion packs, along with some extra special bonuses like cool outfits and house decorations. If you already own the base game, you can simply grab the expansion pass to check out all the new content for Timeless Isle.
