• Talk to Lin:

• First, talk to Lin and he will tell you that if you want to find out where Barrett is, you need to repair the communications computer.

• Get the Vectera Control Room Key:

  • Head to the building on the right behind Lin.
  • Use the switch directly to the right of the large vault door.
  • Find the Vectera Control Room Key inside. Or, if you’re good at picking locks, you can pick the novice lock on the Vectera control room door.

• Visit the Vectera Control Room:

• After getting the key or picking the lock, you can enter the Vectera control room.

• Find an electrical outlet:
