“Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” is a 2024 action-adventure shooting game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games. It is based on the DC Comics team “Suicide Squad” and is a spin-off of the “Batman: Arkham” series and the sequel to “Batman: Arkham Knight” (2015). The game is set five years after the events of Arkham Knight and follows four supervillains – Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn and King Shark – who are recruited by Amanda Waller. The story of stopping the alien invader Brainiac and eliminating the members of the Justice League. It has fallen into his control.

“Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” is presented from a third-person perspective and features an open-world design that allows players to freely explore Metropolis alone or cooperatively. The game was announced in August 2020 and was originally slated for release in 2022, but faced several delays. Early access will be available to Deluxe Edition owners starting January 29, 2024.

Killing the Justice League was officially released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024, and received mixed reviews.

In Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, there are twenty-one riddles spread across different areas of the game world. These areas include Baker Lane, Centennial Park, Central Business District, Midtown, Racine, Suicide Slums, and Wonderland, each with three puzzles to solve.

As one of the main bosses in Suicide Squad: KTJL, Clark Kent, more commonly known as Superman, holds key locations related to the answers to two of Becklin’s riddles. Before being indoctrinated by Brainiac, he worked at the Daily Planet, the site of the original Becklin Riddles. The answer to the second puzzle is that he also lived in Sullivan Square with Lois Lane. Since the Science Museum is a large building located on the northern edge of the city, all of Becklin’s puzzles are fairly simple.

Next to the Superman logo that stands out on the map is the Superman statue. The Met logo is also shown on the map, but at a slightly tilted angle. The third puzzle depicts a bridge near the Superman Monument. You’ll know you’re on the right bridge when you see the “Super-Dood” graffiti. Next to the graffiti is the door.

Racine’s riddles are considered the hardest in Suicide Squad: KTJL because they focus on little-known locations. Instead of the Hall of Justice, you have to scan the golden fountain outside, home to the (mostly) corrupt Justice League.

In the second mystery, an amphitheater is hosting a show about Wonder Woman’s home island, Paradise Island. The third is the silliest; it requires players to scan randomly selected shipping containers on the outskirts of Racine.

“Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” is an open-world action-adventure game set in Metropolis. Players can choose to control one of four characters: Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn or King Shark. While the game can be played alone, there is also a four-player cooperative multiplayer mode. When playing alone, players can switch between characters, with others controlled by the game’s artificial intelligence.

Each character in the game has access to three weapon classes, with each class shared by two of the four characters. In addition, each character has a unique melee combat style and traversal method. For example, Harley Quinn wields a baseball bat and moves around using Batman’s grapple gun. The game features a skill tree progression system that allows players to try out different builds by reassigning different skills at any point in the game.

The game’s post-launch content will be released in the form of “seasons,” with regular free updates adding new locations and playable characters.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League release date

On January 29, 2024, the game was released to Deluxe Edition owners on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S 72 hours in advance. However, later that day, the servers were shut down for a few hours to fix a bug that caused players’ story progress to be completely completed upon starting the game. In response, the developer later offered affected players in-game currency as an apology.

In a February 23, 2023 PlayStation State of Play and separate FAQ, Rocksteady confirmed that the game will require an internet connection at all times, including the battle pass, and to receive post-launch content such as new playable characters, missions, and weapons . On December 8, 2023, Rocksteady announced that an offline mode would be added after the game goes online.

However, on April 13, 2023, Rocksteady announced another postponement, pushing the release date to February 2, 2024. The Epic Games Store version was further delayed to March 5, 2024, but no reason was given.

The game will introduce four additional playable squad members in post-launch seasons, starting with an alternate-reality version of the Joker.
