However, his evil alter ego, Mr. Scatch, manipulates the story to create real-life horrors. Saga recovers the Clicker, a powerful item that enhances creativity, but FBC agents arrest Allen.
Saga learns of her prophetic powers and that the real Ellen is trapped in the Dark Land. She attempts to summon him, but realizes that Alan and Scratch are the same person. Saga banished Scratch and eventually entered the Dark Land. Eren tries to write a new ending, while Saga struggles to escape. In the end, Alan seemingly sacrifices himself to stop Scatch, and Saga’s fate becomes uncertain. A post-credits scene hints at a deeper plan to rescue Alan from his predicament.
