Secret Exit 1: Piranha Plant Parade

Activate the Magic Flower effect and stomp as usual until you reach the Magic Seed at the end of the stage. To access the hidden exit, you need to be in elephant form or stock up on elephant energy. Smash the block to the right of the magic seed and you’ll reach the secret exit.

How to find it: In “Outmaway Valley” you first need to find and activate the Magic Flower, which is hidden inside a giant block of ice to the right of a pair of yellow pipes in the center of the stage. Next, ride the avalanche until it breaks through the standard exit and ends up on a platform with a magic seed. Keep going right and you’ll soon reach the secret exit.

How to find it: In “Secrets of Shova Mansion”, proceed through the stages normally until you reach the last room containing the standard exit flagpole. At the entrance to this room, you’ll see six shiny smashable blocks in front of a green movable platform. Take out the nearby Shova, destroy the block, and push it into the gap created. This action will cause a gold pipe to spawn and lead you to the secret exit.

How to find it: In Where the Rrrrumbas Rule, you need to find the Drill Mushroom power-up. Play around the stage as usual until you reach the giant, pushable pillar that cuts through the floor with a talking flower in front of it, notice how unstable it looks. Instead of pushing the pillar, drill into the ceiling and go through it until you reach a gap in the wall, which will lead you to the level’s secret exit.
