Mimimi Games, the developer of popular strategy and tactics games such as Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and Desperados III, sadly announced on August 29, 2023 that they will be closing. The decision comes after facing the challenges of increasing game production costs and an inability to earn enough money to stay afloat.

Mimimi Games is a company that makes video games. They were founded in Germany in January 2011 by two guys named Dominik Abé and Johannes Roth. The company is located in Munich, Germany. They’re known for making games that require your brain to develop strategy and tactics.
Some of their famous games are “The Last Tinker: City of Colors”, “Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun”, “Desperados III” and “Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew”. In 2021, they once had 38 employees, but sadly, they announced on August 29, 2023, that they would be closing.
