Inspired by the improvements in Persona 5, the game has enhanced its user interface, incorporating features like date-specific goals and an improved map system that is reminiscent of Persona 5.

In addition to fundamental changes, Reload also introduces new elements in social simulation and role-playing. The Iwatodai dormitory where the protagonists live now offers expanded activities such as personal conversations, therapeutic cooking, gardening, movie rentals, and reading.

Participating in these activities increases the protagonist’s social statistics, affecting interactions with social links. Additionally, cooperative activities with party members provide additional combat benefits. The game seamlessly integrates these enhancements to create a richer, more engaging gaming experience.
