Since the launch of Season 1 last week, we’ve been actively listening to player feedback on audio issues in Warzone, particularly related to footsteps. This initial update aims to address some of these issues and enhance the overall experience as we head into the holidays.
When making such changes, we need to carefully look at and consider a variety of complex variables. One of the main factors to consider is the fidelity of our gameplay experience, to avoid too big a gap between Warzone, Multiplayer, and Zombies. On top of this, due to the sheer number of interacting/overlapping sounds in a battle royale match, changes to things like occlusion, falloff distance, first-person vs. third-person balance, or specific perk mechanics can have ripple effects.
Please note that we are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring players can fully immerse themselves in the game while maintaining a competitive edge. Thank you for your continued constructive feedback as we continue to work hard to make Warzone the best it can be in every way.
BUG fix
- Fixed collision issues with various elements across Urzikstan, allowing players to exploit/peep/shoot them.
- Fixed an issue that resulted in players being trapped inside locked buildings that were otherwise inaccessible.
- Fixed additional issues with incorrect text appearing in challenges.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is a new video game in which players can engage in intense battles. It is produced by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision Blizzard. The game is part of the Call of Duty series and is the twentieth installment. It will launch on November 10, 2023 for different gaming systems.
The game tells the story of Task Force 141 as they hunt down the dangerous terrorist Vladimir Makarov. This is a continuation of the story from their previous games.
In this game, there is not only a story mode, but also a multiplayer mode with updated maps. For the first time in the “Modern Warfare” series, a player versus zombie mode appears.

Developers use advanced technology to make the game look and feel more realistic. It was originally supposed to be an expansion, but has since become its own full game.
“Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3” gameplay
Modern Warfare III feels very similar to previous games in the series. It’s bringing back features like slide cancellation. Within the campaign, there will be linear missions and “open combat missions” so players can choose how they want to complete missions.
For multiplayer, 16 Modern Warfare 2 maps will be available at launch. Players can vote for maps in the lobby, and defeating opponents will take longer because they will have more health. The “red dot” minimap is returning, which helps players see enemies on radar when shooting without using a suppressor.
Familiar modes like Kill Confirmed and Hardpoint will appear, as well as a new mode called Cutthroat. Ground War and War Mode will also return. The game will also use artificial intelligence to monitor and report bad behavior.
Treyarch and Sledgehammer Games have developed a new open-world PvE zombies mode. Up to 24 players can team up on a large map called Urzikstan to fight zombies and AI-controlled enemies. They will complete missions, collect loot, and remove items. Maps are not rounds, but are divided into “zones” of different difficulty levels.
After 45 minutes, Aetherstorm begins, and players have 15 minutes to leave with loot that they can carry into the next match. It has features like purchasing weapons, special drinks, and mystery boxes. Story missions will also be part of the mode, driving the storyline forward.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 plot
In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, the campaign story follows the events of Modern Warfare II and unfolds in fictional locations such as Verdansk, Kastovia, and Ulchikstan. The main bad guy is a terrorist named Vladimir Makarov.
These heroes are from Task Force 141, led by Captain John Price, Lieutenant Simon “Ghost” Riley, Sergeant Kyle “Gaz” Garrick and Lieutenant Commander John “Soap” McTavish Leaders such as scholars. Players can also become part of Makarov’s private military company, the Konni Group.
The story of Zombies takes place in the year 2021 of Urzikstan, following the events of Modern Warfare (2019) and approximately 40 years after the events of Black Ops Cold War. It involves figures such as Russian arms dealer Victor Zakhaev and former special forces captain Sergei Ravenov, who is experienced in dealing with zombies.
New characters introduced include Jack Fletcher of the private military company Terminus Outcomes and Selma Greene, who led Operation Deadbolt, the CIA’s response to the outbreak of the Cold War A plan made.
