Finally, the third box you need to activate will be located next to the surface apartment building. Once you hit this switch, you’ll be asked to walk up the building and investigate a specific apartment, marked with a blue icon.
Get evidence
To get closer to the evidence that solves the power consumption mystery, you’ll first need to use Digipick to unlock the apartment door. Once inside, you’ll find a computer with files on it. Just click “Download File” to get the evidence and continue the mission. There won’t be anyone in the apartment while you’re there, so feel free to look around and pick out whatever items you want. But remember, these items will be taken away if you are arrested for the bounty.
Who should you give evidence to?
Before you get the evidence from the apartment building, Zoe will call you and mention that she wants you to give the evidence to her instead of Luisa. This is a critical part of the “Alternating Current” mission. Once you have the evidence, you can choose to give it to any of them.

Return to trade authorities:
