Heading to the Stroud-Eklund Star Court
First, go to a place called Stroud-Eklund Staryards. It is like a space station orbiting a moon called Dalvik in the Narion solar system. Find it and land there.
Find Jules
Once inside, look for a man named Jules. You can find her by walking through a large hall and turning left. She will be sitting at a long table in a meeting with some other people.

Jules will ask you to choose how much money they should spend building a spaceship. You have two options: small budget or big budget. If you want a better spaceship, go with the big budget one. To convince Jules to accept a big budget, you need to be convincing.
Talk to the board
