Talk to the port worker:

• Head to the spaceport in New Atlantis.
• Talk to the port worker there.

Get ship records from Aegis (Agent Plato):

How to unlock Sky Search and Capture?

1. Complete Previous Missions: First, you need to complete the mission called “Witness” and any other missions given previously by UC Vanguard. These are the prerequisites for the Star Search and Seize mission.

2. Go to the New Atlantis Spaceport: Go to the spaceport in New Atlantis.
