Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, a game based on Yu-Gi-Oh! The official card game and trading card game were announced during the original Yu-Gi-Oh! Digital NeXt demo on July 20, 2021. The game was initially planned for a winter 2021 release, but was released without prior notice on January 19, 2022 on various platforms except Android and iOS. The game is an official and free emulator that allows players to collect digital cards, build decks and participate in online challenges with other players in Duel mode, or play Card Story in single-player mode and learn how to play. With over 10,000 cards to collect, the game offers players a wide range of features and gameplay options.

Master Duel deck tier list
- Level 0 decks are characterized by overwhelming power compared to other decks, making them the only viable option in competitive play.
- Level 1 decks are considered the standard of the meta and are used by most high-ranked competitive players, and as players advance in level they are likely to encounter it more frequently.
- Level 2 decks are capable, but not as stable as higher level decks, and may struggle against the current top decks due to a variety of factors, such as poor matchups or incompatible mechanics. These decks may improve with the release of new cards that support their strategies or ban lists that nerf the top decks.
- Tier 3 decks are the least powerful of the group, and while they may look promising on paper, they often lack the effectiveness of Tier 2 and Tier 1 decks.
- The future of these decks is uncertain, as they may become more popular and consistent, or fade away.
